“OFF-The-Record Meeting” with Florent Kirchner

Renaissance Numérique's "OFF-The-Record Meeting" enable members of the think tank to engage in privileged dialogue with key players in digital public policy at the national and European levels.

On Tuesday, 19 May 2026, we were delighted to welcome Florent Kirchner, who has been Director of the digital policy at the Secretary general for investment (SGPI), since 2024.

This new meeting was an opportunity for our members to discuss the France 2030 investment plan, its objectives, its drivers, and its strategies in the digital sector (electronics, robotics and intelligent machines, cybersecurity, eco-responsible digital technology, cloud computing, AI, networks, and quantum computing). Discussions also focused on digital sovereignty, its definition, and the resources required for its implementation (intellectual, political, and training).
