Renaissance Numérique's "OFF-The-Record Meeting" enable members of the think tank to engage in privileged dialogue with key players in digital public policy at the national and European levels.

On Wednesday 11 March 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming Rémi Stefanini, Delegate for Digital Transition, Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control (DGCCRF), since February 2024.

This new meeting was an opportunity for our members to discuss the DGCCRF’s missions, its coordinating role, and the main challenges it faces in ensuring compliance with market regulations. Methods for monitoring e-commerce (dark patterns, non-compliance of products ordered online), influencers, telemarketing and artificial intelligence were also discussed.
