Victoria Peshel

A third-year student at Sciences Po Toulouse, Victoria has joined Renaissance Numérique for a six-month internship.

Following her first internship at the Constitutional Council and her studies in Digital Studies, she is interested in issues related to digital governance, the protection of fundamental rights, and technological sovereignty. Her academic work focuses in particular on the geopolitical, social, and political dimensions of digital transformation.

Certified in cybercrime by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), she has been contributing to the association’s discussions and initiatives since August 2026.
