Samuel Le Goff is a strategic communication consultant at CommStrat.

As a parliamentary assistant to MPs involved in digital issues between 2002 and 2013 (Marc Le Fur and Lionel Tardy), Samuel Le Goff contributed to the debates on the transposition of the European directive on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society (known as the “DADVSI directive”) in 2005 and of the Hadopi law in 2009.

From 2013 to 2020, he then covered digital issues for the online media Contexte, specialized in public policies. 

A long-time Wikipedian, he is a member of the board of directors of Wikimedia France, the association supporting French contributors, from 2014 to 2018, and president in 2017.
