Raphaël Maurel

Raphaël Maurel is a public law professor at the University of Burgundy, Director General of the Observatory of Public Ethics, and President of the Francophone Network of International Law.
Specializing primarily in international law, he currently heads a research program in digital law at the CREDIMI laboratory, where he works on the legal and ethical issues surrounding the regulation of social networks, physical Internet infrastructure, AI systems, cryptoassets, and quantum technologies.
