Philippe Régnard

An active member of Renaissance Numérique since 2016, Philippe Régnard served as Secretary General of the think tank from 2018 to 2020. He notably contributed to the reports “Digital Identity: Moving Toward a Citizen-Centered Approach,” “Denmark: Digital Voluntarism,” and “Facial Recognition: Upholding European Values.”

Director of Institutional and Government Affairs for the digital division of La Poste from 2013 to 2020, and then Director of Public Affairs at Huawei France from 2020 to 2023, Philippe Régnard is now the Founder and President of Tech Publica, a public affairs consultancy that supports tech stakeholders and innovative companies in shaping their influence strategies with public authorities and digital ecosystems.
