Nicolas Vanbremeersch - Renaissance Numérique

Nicolas Vanbremeersch is President of Renaissance Numérique since June 2021.

Involved with Renaissance Numérique since 2015, Nicolas Vanbremeersch is the founder of the digital agency Spintank and of the Tank, a place for digital society initiatives based in Paris.

As an actor and observer of the recomposition of society through digital technology, he participates in several forward-looking bodies, such as the Forward-looking Committee of the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).

He is also the author of the book De la démocratie numérique (Seuil, 2009), awarded the Corbay prize by the Académie des sciences morales et politiques, and author of several articles in magazines such as Le Débat or Commentaire. He is known online under the pseudonym versac, his former blogger name.
