Nicolas Kusz
Nicolas Kusz is Head of Product in the private sector and an associate researcher at the university.
With over 20 years of experience, he has participated in strategic projects for major groups in distribution, banking and insurance, and industry, while also applying his skills to digital challenges related to defence. He has developed cross-functional expertise in digital transformation, product management, data, digital marketing and e-commerce.
Nicolas combines field experience with a scientific approach to examine digital transformations and their impact on society. His research explores the evolution and adoption of digital interfaces, particularly voice assistants and the challenges of voice commerce. His recent work focuses on the influence of the anthropomorphism of voice assistants’ voices on individuals and questions the ethical dimension of conversational technologies.
He holds a doctorate in management sciences from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and is a graduate of ESCP Business School, where he occasionally teaches.
