Martin Lepinette

Martin Lepinette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Applied Economics and International Business from HEC Montréal, as well as a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies, Security, and Defense Policy from HEIP.

He began his professional career at the InCyber Forum, within the Programs and Content team, where he contributed to the preparation and organization of the European and North American editions of the forum, along with their side events (such as the InCyber Startup Award and Cyber Breakfast).

Martin then joined Bpifrance, within the Support teams, where he took part in the rollout of the CyberPME program, aimed at strengthening the cybersecurity of small and medium-sized enterprises across France.

Passionate about digital and geopolitical issues, he joined Renaissance Numérique as a Research and Project Manager in September 2025.
