Jessica Galissaire

Studies and Partnerships Manager

Jessica Galissaire is in charge of studies at Renaissance Numérique. Working with the General Delegate, she is responsible for coordinating the think tank’s work (leading working groups, managing publications) and developing its network of expert partners in France and internationally.

From February 2017 to March 2020, Jessica held the position of Project Officer at the Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE) in Brussels, a think tank dedicated to the regulation of network industries (digital, media, telecom, energy, mobility). She has managed academic research projects in close collaboration with researchers, companies and regulatory authorities from many European countries. At the beginning of her career, she carried out several missions with international NGOs in the field of human rights, notably the Global Center for the Responsibility to Protect in New York, and No Peace Without Justice in Brussels.

Jessica is a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Bordeaux and holds a Master’s degree in International Relations. She also studied at the University of California at Berkeley and at the Institut des Hautes Études Internationales of Laval University (Quebec).
