Jean-Renaud Roy

Director, Corporate Affairs, Microsoft France

Jean-Renaud Roy joined Microsoft France in January 2014. Prior to that, he was for two years the Director of Public Affairs at Syntec Numérique (now NUMEUM), a trade association representing the digital industry in France.

He spent a large part of his career in the French Parliament, as a parliamentary attaché, his core business being financial issues, innovation financing and digital.

After a post-graduate degree in political science and international relations, Jean-Renaud began his career in 1995 in the office of the Minister of Defense as head of communications.
