Julien Nocetti

Julien Nocetti has been associated with Renaissance Numérique since 2014 and is a research fellow at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI). He holds a PhD in political science and was a researcher at IFRI between 2009 and 2019. His work focuses on digital diplomacy and conflict, as well as the geopolitics of major technology platforms. He regularly contributes to French and international media on all of these topics.
