Renaissance Numérique's “OFF Meetings” enable members of the think tank to engage in privileged dialogue with key players in digital public policy. Since its launch, this series has welcomed nearly 50 figures involved in French and European digital policy.

On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, we are pleased to welcome Stéphanie Yon-Courtin , Member of the European Parliament affiliated with the Renew party since May 2019, and notably Coordinator and Vice-Chair of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON), member of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection (IMCO), and rapporteur on the Digital Markets Act. Stéphanie Yon-Courtin has also been a Regional Councilor for Normandy since July 2021.

This meeting was an opportunity to discuss the implementation of European legislation (DMA, DSA, IA Act), with a focus on, among other things, small businesses in the digital ecosystem and their links with access controllers under the DMA, for example, as well as collaboration between states and national transpositions. Discussions also took place on the means and future governance of the European Commission to meet its ambitions.
