Esther Noël

Esther Noël is a researcher in international law. She holds a PhD from Paris Cité University, where she also works as a lecturer, her doctoral thesis focused on state sovereignty in the digital age. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Union Law from Paris Nanterre University.
